These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RideJacked (“we”, “our”, “us”) and all related
services. By accessing or using RideJacked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may
not use the platform.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use RideJacked only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may
not use the platform to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates applicable
laws or regulations.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update
it as needed.
3. Vehicle Listings & Ownership Verification
RideJacked requires accurate vehicle information and may request ownership verification to prevent
fraud. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal of
listings.
4. Stolen Vehicle Reports
When submitting a stolen vehicle report, you confirm that the information provided is truthful to
the best of your knowledge. False reports may result in account termination and may be subject to
legal consequences.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for RideJacked subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you
authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. Subscription fees are non‑refundable
unless required by law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including vehicle photos and descriptions. By
submitting content, you grant RideJacked a non‑exclusive license to display and use that content
for the operation of the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading
- Attempt to bypass security or verification systems
- Use RideJacked to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Interfere with the platform’s operation or infrastructure
8. Intellectual Property
All RideJacked branding, logos, design elements, and platform features are protected by
intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform
without permission.
9. Third‑Party Services
RideJacked may integrate with third‑party services such as Stripe or advertising networks. We are
not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RideJacked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted
service, accuracy of listings, or recovery of stolen vehicles.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideJacked is not liable for any damages arising from your
use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of vehicle, or financial loss.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in
fraudulent or harmful behavior.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
